Enquiries that do not lead to a mandate: deleted after twelve months. Mandate files: ten years after the conclusion of the mandate, in accordance with the professional duty of retention; notarial files according to cantonal regulations. Server log files: 90 days.

Access, rectification, erasure, objection to processing, data release and portability, and withdrawal of consents given. Send requests to info@rasg.ch; we may require proof of identity. The right of access is restricted where attorney-client privilege or the rights of third parties conflict with it.

We send publications only after double confirmation of your registration (double opt-in). Every issue contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing takes effect immediately and permanently. Mandate and deadline communications are not affected and will continue to be delivered.

This website sets no tracking cookies and embeds no analytics services. The map on the contact page is loaded from the map provider only after your consent.

Ordinary e-mail is not confidential. We do not send case content or diagnoses in subject lines or e-mail bodies. For medical documents and decisions please use the encrypted channel.
